Geofenced employee clock-in
Workers clock in, take breaks and clock out from a phone. Each punch requests a fresh location reading, which the server checks against the assigned site and scheduled shift. Optional on-shift check-ins require company enablement, a signed policy and worker agreement; they run only while the app is open. An off-site reading can alert workers and managers, who review it before deciding whether to clock out with a logged reason. A VPN does not change the phone's GPS reading.
Shift scheduling and open shifts
Plan the week, assign shifts at each site and post open shifts workers can request. Workers see their schedule in the app and get changes by email or push.
Attendance and request alerts
Managers can receive late arrival, no-show, missed clock-out and geofence exception notices. If service is unavailable, workers note their actual times and submit a missed-punch request when it returns. Managers approve or deny it; the original request and decision remain on record.
Payroll-ready reports
Review recorded hours and export timesheets in PDF, Excel or CSV. Approved corrections remain linked to the original punch instead of replacing the underlying record.
Separate company workspaces
Each company has its own sign-in address, workers, sites, settings and records. Admins manage employees, employee IDs, roles and site assignments within their own company.

Off-site check-in alerts

GPS, not IP address
A VPN changes an internet address, not the phone's GPS reading. Location checks can flag suspicious readings, but no phone-based system can rule out sophisticated spoofing.
